I'm guessing that a few 25th Anniversary Harley Bentons were sent back due to quality problems and there is a backlog of them to be processed.

A bit embarrassing for them if they still can't get a lefty nut correct after 25 years at it

Compared to Gear4music Thomanns return process is a pain in the a$$.

This thread has officially killed any interest in Harley Benton guitars for me.

I gave them an honest try, twice, and they were not up to scratch both times.
